Grimalkin is retired after serving time (30+ years) in the banking industry. She currently lives in the Idaho Panhandle with her husband, Jim. They fulfilled their dream of retreating to higher ground away from Southern California and its crowds, traffic and drought, in June, 2009. Unfortunately, their darling companion, Boris the Wonder Turtle, only spent one week in the new 5 acre paradise. He escaped his patio enclosure and is living as a wild thing, hopefully spreading his superior genes among the Idaho red eared slider population. He is missed beyond belief.

Grimalkin spends a good deal of her spare time drawing, painting, exercising, listening to music, reading, and watching the butterflies in her magnificent garden.
