In February 2005, I packed up all my belongings and made the big move from Iowa to Washington, DC. I absolutely love living in the city, but I think the old saying holds true: you can take the girl out of the country, but you can’t take the country out of the girl.

Currently working in public relations in DC and finishing up my master's degree at Georgetown University.
