Open Mind's Question Box initiative brings the Internet to people who may never get online in their lifetime. Utilizing ltelephone hotlines with live operators, users call in and can ask most any question in their local language.

Currently, Open Mind runs Question Box initiatives in Pune, India and in rural Uganda, helping thousands of villagers get the information they need to know.

Rose has spent a decade in international development and business development consulting, with focuses on social entrepreneurship, medical aid, and refugee issues. She holds two BAs and a Masters from Brown University.
