I am a California born, most recently San Francisco based Chef now living and working in Costa Rica. I am the Chef at La Cusinga Lodge (www.lacusingalodge.com) which Trips Advisor has named the 3rd Best Green Accommodation in the world.
In keeping with the philosophies of the Lodge, I am sourcing and serving as much local, organic and sustainable produce and seafood as is possible.
La Cusinga is located on the Costa Ballena, on the south Pacific coast of Costa Rica, at the top of the Osa Peninsula.
