Julie has a background in Workforce Development and Education, with an emphasis on Career Development, Technology Fluency, and Life Skill building. She has worked to strengthen the mission and vision of schools and training departments to enhance climate, culture, productivity, and practical application, and to boost self-esteem, dignity, and respect among staff and students.
Julie works with challenged populations to include homeless, learning disabled, recovering substance abusers, immigrants, refugees, welfare-to-work mothers, and dislocated workers. She evaluates programs and staff, creates and writes materials and scripts, and shoots archive films for training purposes. Julie continues to pursue Academic Management and Program Director positions where her skills can be utilized.
