Simon Mainwaring is a former Nike creative, worldwide creative director for Ogilvy, author/speaker & idea junkie. He worked at many of the world’s best ad agencies (Wieden, Saatchi, Chiat, Goodby, Leagas), winning over 60 international awards (Cannes, One Show, D&AD), and now runs his own brand consultancy with clients including major corporate brands and ad agencies, as well as talent, production, digital, experiential and design companies. His expertise ranges from niche product launches to Nike at the Olympics and World Cup, News Corp’s Global Energy Initiative and all three generations of the Toyota Prius. The focus of his blog is how interaction between branding, technology and social media is changing our lives. His upcoming book reveals how it can transform our world.
