So, I'm Clinton aka the Big Boss Man or just BonBon. Being a film-maker is tough. Being an entrepreneur is tough. Being an un-funded filmmaker is among the toughest jobs in existence. The reason the job is tough, is that different styles of leadership are needed at different stages of a production’s life. Very few people are able to adapt their personal style effectively to each of the stages.

I want to share some thoughts on the challenges of being an entrepreneurial filmmaker. My hope is to help fellow un-funded filmmakers understand the different roles they have to play and, more importantly, the required transitions they must face.
