I'm the Director of User Experience at Comcast Interactive Media. I currently lead the visual design and user experience of Xfinity's daily portal (Xfinity.com), the Xfinity Connected Home, including Xfinity Home Security, Home Management, and Communications products. I also lead the visual design and user experience for a team tasked with re-imagining and optimizing the customer onboarding process.

Previously, I led design and user experience for Xfinity TV/Fancast.com, where I helped grow Fancast to be the #1 non-portal TV site on the web (Comscore June 2009) and the #1 TV site in terms of video engagement (Comscore May 2009) with 10MM uniques a month.
