Colin Hay was born in Scotland and moved with his family to Australia when he was 14.
In the early 80's he formed the Men At Work band, which was a huge success worldwide with hit songs like "Who Can It Be Now?", "Down Under", "Be Good Johnny", "Overkill", "It's A Mistake", amongst others.
After the band break-up in 1985, Colin Hay moved to USA and started his solo career, having already released 10 albums since then.
Hay also featured twice the Ringo Starr's All Star Band, in the years of 2003 and 2008.
Recently he has been introduced to a new public featuring his music into TV series such as "Scrubs" and movies like "Garden State", which's soundtrack won a Grammy.
