I am a theatre person, President and CEO of Sachs Morgan Studio: Theatre Design Specialists (http://www.sachsmorganstudio.com) which I co-own with my husband, Tony Award winning designer Roger Morgan. I run the company and Roger is the Director of Design.

From 1969-1990 I had a terrific career as an actress, playing leading roles on and off Broadway and in our country's finest resident theatres. I grew out of performing, and now consider myself a creative collaborator, writer, mentor, partner, wife, mother and grandmother. I simply adore my family.

People I respect have told that I am a disrupter (in a good way) and that I have a couple of distinct talents: communicating particular strengths to those who are unsure about their career choices, and for matching up people who can make a difference in each others lives.

My newest venture is Theatrical Intelligence, a process based on the theatrical production model, that demonstrates the value of collaborative leadership and brings joy and creativity into the workplace. It's the fun part of being smart! I'm writing a book about it.
