Findability is “the degree to which a particular object is easy to discover or locate” (Peter Morville, 2005, Ambient Findability)

My first after school job was in the public library. I developed an appreciation of the Dewey Decimal system and never looked back, except for that whirlwind decade in advertising…

Luckily, a digital asset management project reignited my interest in library and information sciences and I have been in hot pursuit of my MLIS and related experiences ever since.

As a graduate of the San Jose State University MLIS program, I am excited to work in a digital asset management position at a tech company where I can continue my pursuit of lifelong learning.

My information related interests include taxonomy, metadata, cataloging, digitization, search, social media, intellectual property and content curation.

Call me the Space Age Librarian, Visual Resource Manager, Image Content Specialist, Metadata Technician, Virtual Services Librarian or Digital Asset Management Expert.
