I'm an entrepreneur and angel investor living in the SF Bay Area. Since 2007, I've been the CEO of TechValidate Software, a enterprise marketing automation company that I co-founded.

I've nurtured, joined, cajoled, stumbled with and led successful teams in both the enterprise IT and consumer web markets over the past 15 years. I've learned that while every company seems unique on the surface, the humans inside always seem to do the same things over and over again. Good and bad patterns both repeat, but usually without our conscious attention... its that inattention that gets us all into trouble.

To that end, here's my ongoing 'personal purge' of the insights and observations that I often find myself sharing with business teams in my life. If they can help you and your organization, I'm grateful to have been of assistance. Pay it forward!
