Born and raised in Bismarck, ND I am proud to be a midwest gal. I spent 3 1/2 awesome years leaving in Bozeman, MT and made my return to the midwest in the fall of 2009.

A few of my favorite things are: running, yoga, fleece, good food, Sauce Headwear hats, zip-up hoodies, health and fitness magazines, Apple Country Candles, beauty products (I love trying new products- lotion, shampoo, lip balm etc) lattes, wine, chips and margaritas, and of course family and friends.

I'm married to Corey and our only child, Jake, has four legs and barks when he's hungry.
