No. To start playing with PicPosterous, there is no account creation or login. Just start taking photos and video. They'll get collected in your own auto-created Posterous site that is on the web and shareable with anyone.

Later, you can log in and import the photos you've taken to your existing account. Or create an account right there if you don't have one yet.
No. Most other photo and video iPhone apps stop everything and make you wait before taking more. Unlike the other guys, we automatically upload your previously taken photos and videos in the background so you never have to stop.
You can tell Posterous is uploading something by the spinner at the top and by the red notification that appears on top of the PicPosterous icon.

Don't worry about it. We'll pick up where we left off. There will be a little red notification next to our app telling you how many photos or videos need to be uploaded.
Just open PicPosterous again to resume upload. We'll take care of it.

Yes, all you have to do is select "Private" when you create your album. You'll need to share the URL to the photo album directly if you want other people to see it.
You can also just set a password on your Posterous site too. Just go to Manage > Edit Site Settings and set a password to protect the whole site.
Geo-tagging happens automatically. You'll get a little flyout that looks like this below your posts.
To disable this, just go to the Manage » Edit Settings » More options and enable "Don't show locations of posts."
