28 minutes of peace

Eight hours in an airport and a plane, and that is how long Xander slept...
I took Josh and Xander to Local Sound yesterday to help Mark put up the drywall on the outside wall of Studio #4 and put up the foam on the inside. When we go there the guys were laying down the floor inside so we did some maintenance on Studio #3.
<Jack Bauer voice says> The following takes place from 10am to 5pm
The boys have had such a good time with this game. Xander weighed in as 'underweight' and now he is trying to put on some muscle and gain some weight. He does Wii Fit excercises every morning this week but he doesn't do the progress test until AFTER he eats breakfast. Josh has great balance and can do more push ups than any of us and holds the record for most spins on hula hoop. I am not embarrased to say that I am the best at the step excersise which is basically a simple version of DDR (which I would secretly love to buy in the future).
The Wii Fit has introduced an healthy amount of competition at home and we are all enjoying it. That doesn't mean that we aren't still couch/computer potatos but it's a step in the right direction. Who ever thought that playing Nintendo could get you OFF the couch?
