Garden Water Fall
So a "fung shui" thing says a water feature should point into a room. I wonder
if a photo of a water feature appearing on computers scattered about will
add good stuff to those rooms. Here is a water feature. This little bit of
flowing water was in a Japanese garden in Kyoto, Japan. It was August and
hot, hot, hot.
If travel does nothing else it extends ones perspective of experience. We
can see that in so many colloquialisms "Africa hot" etc. We in the Midwest
think summers are hot, then we spend an August day in Florida, or Texas, or
Arizona...are references are changed...then maybe we get to visit the Far
East. For travel, and experience, to change our perspective we have to hang
onto it. Know that on the burning day in central Iowa's summer that, "I've
had worse"...much like the Black Knight of "Holy Grail" fame.
head...days filled with pointless thoughts. For me, I think, those thoughts
are to be kept relative..."I've had worse"....so these can't get the best of
me.
