Outstanding Posterous Customizations (Update)
So far I have only found a few Posterous customizations that I like. Bookmark this post, I will update it everytime I come across a great Posterous customization.

http://imjustcreative.posterous.com/ made a nice clean and simple design: just a header image and the customized Text on the left side. Works for me. Very nice.
http://blog.phase3design.de did a great job with the custom header and the colors, nice customization of the social media links. The designer is a friend of mine and I did the coding. Drop a line if you need a beautiful custom theme.
http://better.posterous.com: I like the font he uses in the header aswell as the gradient. It is very basic though and should be a bit more refined though.
All three blogs feature interesting posts mostly related to design and webdesign.

I love the black and white icons and the overall clean and simple arrangement of the site. Beautiful!
