nice girls finish last?

I wish guys would stop complaining that "girls always go for the jerks; nice guys always finish last." It's absolutely not true - and I know this personally. I am always attracted to sweet, nice guys, and I'm not the only girl on the planet (or even in Pennsylvania) who is. Smart girls realise that so-called "bad boys" aren't worth the headaches and drama they cause. It's so much nicer to have a guy who takes care of you and treats you better than you even deserve. Sadly, it's extremely difficult these days to find a true gentleman. Guys who will open the door for you, let you go first into a row of chairs, or pull out your chair for you are few and far between. At the nondenominational Christian high school I graduated from, there were plenty of young men who fit this description; in college, not so much. It's a really good thing that I've made a decision to stay single this year, because even if I was dating, there are only a couple true "nice guys" around. Let me know if you spot a member of this rare species... I'm still waiting to catch one.
