Cold, soo cold... Our central heater has finally given up on us, can't even reset it anymore- I mean, I could, but it didn't do me any good. The 4th mechanic that came tonight couldn't fix it. Honestly, they still don't know what's wrong. The cold I can take, the fact that I can't take a shower and wash my hair is killing me. I'm seriously considering bugging someone so I can use their shower... I washed with some boiled warm water today, but my hair is really too long for that kind of nonsense. So what was I doing at the Media Market at 8.45pm? Buying a stupid little heater thingy of course. Tomorrow morning someone will come with some part that will hopefully make everything nice and warm again.. until then, we'll just have to bear with it. Wasn't super mario some kind of mechanic? That thing looked like it could have been his home. *sigh*
Self Portraits
I finally... FINALLY... have my own lighting setup. Nothing fancy. A cheap LumoPro flash wired with a PC cord and shot through a 43" Westcott umbrella. These are my first experiments with it. Since I couldn't find a willing subject at short notice, I had to shoot myself.
