On a par with "Marble Cake, Also The Game", you have to really appreciate the thought and planning that went into the Governator's tersely worded rejection of Bill 1176. He, (or some devious member of his admin staff) apparently has a mastery of vocabulary and font kerning that goes beyond that of mere mortals.
