Fox must be feeling pretty "Glee"-ful about its new high school dramedy. Because "Glee," created by Ryan Murphy, is grabbing the highest percentage of upscale viewers among all four broadcast networks, observes TV By The Numbers.

In ratings lingo, "upscale" means viewers aged between 18-49 with household incomes at or higher than $100,000. Advertisers love this!

Other rich ppl shows: 30 Rock, The Office.

For all  iPhone users seeking the Notes App of their dreams... Below is a list of brief "emoji" ratings for all the Notes apps I have tried or checked out so far. This list may save you some  time (and ) in the AppStore.

You will need emojis on your iPhone to read this list.  (If you don't have emojis yet, see how to get them Free, here:  http://paradisemobi.posterous.com/how-to-get-free-emojis-for-iphone )

My "Big  Requirements" for a Notes App -- and the basis for the ratings -- are:
1.   Clickable URLs.
2.   Drag & Drop Manual Sorting.
3.   Email-Out your notes from within the app.

Your Top  Features may be totally different, of course. In that case, you can make your own list. 

EverNote:

lukasztyrala says...

I hate ratings that do not give me an answer what is the worst and that is the best. Especially when I am about to compare few things (like products). What is the reason to rate four products and give them 4, 4, 4.5 and 3.5 points for 5 available when they are not a part of some bigger list? This rating gives me nothing. It says “all products are the same”. If those are the same, so why bother rating them. Just rate. “Hay! Those are all the same, so pick anything that looks better to you”.

This is why many websites introduce yes/no ratings. This is why Facebook went further and introduced “I like it” feature. Unfortunately most of people do not get the idea behind this—only say when you like something. If you do not like it, leave it alone. By the way, I think that this one way voting resolves problem of negative reinforcement. It would make some people mad about their friends if the last were making most of the actions with “I do not like it!”.

So, my fast tip fr ratings: if you are not building large database of elements that will be sorted and compared directly between each other do not introduce rating scale—give people yes/no (good/bad, like it/don't like it) feature.

Joel Page says...

Okay so I was wary at first, a bit skeptical, but here's the premise:

1) go to Axe Crisis Relief
2) watch for awhile as the girls vote LIVE on the photos people submit as-it-happens
3) upload your own
4) get rated instantly (with live commentary!)

Not going to lie to you THIS IS EXCEPTIONALLY AWESOME.
(maybe it's just that I got 97% ha)

So watch the feed for awhile. I've seen a couple repeats but perhaps it's based on the number of submissions?! Either way here's the fact: The girl at the top left said very specific things about my photo ("maybe you need a tiara" HA), less than 5 minutes after me submitting. Also as I've been watching, commentator-girl has repeated a few mannerisms, you know, like she's thinking of it all on the spot and only has a few really good lines fed to her from the producers or something. .

Also the girls got pizza at one point. And occasionally something happens in the group, they all start screaming, etc. They definitely rotate a girl or two every few mins, too.

Check it out, decide for yourself.

oh and here's mine

(Seriously this is awesome. [Y])

(ps about 15 minutes of exploration is all it takes to uncover the precanned responses. But they're good so it's awesome anyway.)
