With every ride on Prowler, I wish more and more that Voyage was built by GCI instead of stupid Gravity Group.

With the whole park done, we now will return to Prowler (two trains running now too). Awesome ride!

Terrific first drop :)

Paul and I take a front row seat for our first ride. This ride is really great, very playful.

Erik and Andrew enjoy their first ride too. Go Prowler, ROAAAAWWWWW!

The reason I'm here today is to ride the brand new, for 2009, wooden roller coaster: Prowler. This ride is designed and built by my favorite wooden coaster guys, and it's awesome! Really, really fun (which hurts me to say since it's at a Ceder Fair park :) ).

Curiously the ride-ops brag about this being "the only wooden roller coaster with triangle wheels" ... Not normally something you want to brag about. Now this is of course Cedar Fair so I'm sure it will ride as if it had triangle wheels soon enough!

That's what guys called really fine cars, when I was younger: "chick magnets."  This one drew my attention.  I don't know one car from another, but I recognize "seriously cool."  I'd love to tell you that the car in the foreground is mine.  I'd be lying.   My key fits that Honda Element behind it.

That's my hand across the top of the photo; I haven't mastered using my iPhone camera, yet.  I guess I'm going to have to remember to carry my good camera with me when I go flitting about town.  I never know what I might see.  If you look closely, I think you will notice the reflection of the Denton County Courthouse in the windows of that Honda Element.  It's a beautiful day in my neighborhood.

I'd love to have a car like that one...but...oh well.  I'm guessing that my car carries a larger load of firewood than the chick magnet does. I have no need for a chick magnet, anyway.
