Sketch - Prairie Cadets design
Here's a quick sketch I worked up as a rough draft for some Prairie Cadets merchandise - shirts, posters, demo sleeves, etc. In my brain it's already well advanced and refined beyond this, but my drawing skills are meager. I think it'll be a boy in a bear hat, and that the sail will read Prairie Cadets. If I can get detailed enough I'll add rigging and a captain's wheel.
I think I possess enough ability to do a larger scale rendering that I can scan and pull into photoshop, and I should be able to transfer that into a working design for screen printing. If I get adventurous enough I'll turn it into a two-color screen job. Oh yeah, I'm gonna start screening stuff - it seems simple enough.
