Recently, my Postcrossing friend, Néstor, requested that I help him by contributing postcards to an exhibition he was organizing. In return, I got this black and white photo card of Che Guevara.

The caption on the back of the postcard reads: "Che Guevara has learnt to drive a car."

This image of Jessop and Smith's (Cutlers and Forgers) was captured just one week before the building was demolished, subsequently becoming a car park. It is an example of a little mester's workshop which produced some of the city's finest craftsmanship. The company still exists at different premises in Sheffield.

I received on 12 November 2009 from my favorite bär a postcard entitled Forever from Isabel Tamara's On Tender Hooks (published by Chronicle Books). I think I'll send him this exact same postcard in return! ^_^

From reader22, I got a cute postcard of Gromit (of Wallace & Gromit) hearing a lorry brake sharply at the lights on 62 West Wallaby Street.

I received on 12 November 2009 from Anke (xtlera) in Germany a postcard of the Hôtel Phénicia in Hammamet, Tunisia. She wrote that she stayed there this past September.
