No. Not at all.
Why? Gifting has been Cloaked in mystery for the past 20 years
for the last 10 of those years it has been coined "CASH GIFTING"
by the media. It has also received much bad press from the media
singling out individuals insisting on breaking the rules of Cash Gifting. Which
is why if you have seen most of my videos I insist on teaching

For those of you who like to crunch numbers, these will be pretty hard to stomach...
In a national survey from 2005 to 2006, statistics showed that 86% of Americans are
(2) paychecks away from being homeless.
The other 14% are either entertainers or entrepreneurs who are pretty
well off and can afford to miss a few movie deals or miss a few tour
gigs and still have a spare million or two laying around somewhere.
Did you just hear what I said?
Read that again...

See most people are too "caught up" in paying the bills.
They're "locked in" to making payments, so all that matters is work.
Work, work, work, work, work...and more work.
They never even take the time to sit down for at least an hour and really
assess their TRUE financial situation.
I say -- true -- because most people lie to themselves, but the bank balance doesn't lie.
When you start...
* Bouncing checks.

But look...

Pay attention.

Remember that you don't have to accept or take the loan of the first lending institution that approves you (whichever that may be). You may want to look for a " second opinion".
Just because one lender gave you their quote DOES NOT MEAN that another lender may not be able to offer you a better quote.
