Usually, political parties in Pakistan don't follow much from the example of other political parties of the outside world. If that would be the case, some traces of democracy can be found in the internal organization of any of these parties today. But, surprisingly, a relatively smaller party, thanks to the dictator, which is not that small anymore especially in the term of number of seats in the national assembly, acted completely different in this manner. They tried to follow the strategy of so far the most successful movement of zionists in the world. Zionists created the impression that they suffered tremendously under the hands of the fascist regime of hitler. They blew the event of holocaust out of proportion. Though, history has many doubts over the reality of that event but they never allowed anyone to raise those doubts at a larger scale. Ahmedinejad, president of Iran, tried unsuccessfully to insitigate the students of a university in America in his talk to them to start research on these doubts. Still as a consequence, Ahmedinejad becomes persona-non-grata for international conventions and organizations. And Even if he finds his way to any of the world conferences, his speech is bycotted by many participants over there. An example of that we noticed in our very recent past, in the world conference against racism. Zionists, then make the world believe that they are oppressed & innocent, and therefore cannot harm anyone as they themselves have the history of horrendous sufferings. For this, they used variety of tools but Media proved to be the most effective one in fooling the masses of the world in general, and the west in particular. This helped them in getting the license of killing anyone anywhere. So far their most favourite target are innocent poor Palestinians. Lebanese are second on the list. These are the direct sufferings. There is also a list of indirect sufferings from them on the rest of the world. Their aggression goes unchecked in the media, no one dares questioning them about their actions. If some quarters of media, without fearing the backlash, gathers some courage to ask them easy questions, they cry foul at what was being doing with them in the past, and everything settles in their favour.

MQM also, adopted the same strategy in the political arena of Pakistan. They are basically bunch of goons, spreading terror in the main city of Pakistan, Karachi. But, they are so disciplined and organized that one can rightly call them a C-company (read crime company) . The command of this company is in the hands of the DON Altaf Hussain, living in a political asylum in Britain. He remains successful in operating this company remotely, by managing to strike fear in the hearts of the members of the company through the stories circulating among them of the horrible examples he made of those who dared to challenge his authority. Although, MQM likes to call itself a political party but their acts are more criminal than political. They have killed hundreds of innocent youngsters, political workers just because they voiced their opinions different of them.

For quite some years, people of Pakistan are experiencing a strange situation. MQM raises alarm bells on some not so popular issues, if no one bothers or pay attention, Karachi starts burning. Poor citizens of Karachi are being killed in dozens in the riots so far. Except that someone influential dont pay heed to the MQM's point of view, one cant be able to understand any other reasons for these riots. If anyone asks them the question about these riots, they started crying that their innocent workers are being killed as a result of these riots, exactly following the footsteps of their ideals i.e. Zionists. Unlike others, They go for the ballet and the bullet both. They turned the ballet in their favour through bullet. So, in this decade, they remained in the government of the city for most of the time. Yet, one cannot be able to comprehend why they cannot arrest the culprits involved in these riots, if their "innocent" workers are being killed in it. This further enhances the validity of thinking of one's mind about them being similar to the zionists.

However, if one closely analyses the statements they are issuing, and the postions they are taking in different issues, he would be confused -- If Maulana Sufi Muhammad points out the hypocrisy in the character of the constitution of Pakistan, with it being Islamic overtly and un-Islamic covertly. MQM calls this mutiny against the state, and put pressure on the government to crush them militarily through "bloody riots" in the industrial city of Pakistan. But, if Baloch rebels openly declare the mutiny against the state, MQM staged a rally in support of them. -- He would be confused whether the MQM is part of zionism or just acting similar to their strategy?

It's been almost a decade, and still West is fighting a war against terrorism under the leadership of the United States. Interestingly, the key-players who initiated this full-fledged war belong to West but the war theatre is being staged in the countries like Iraq, Afghanistan & the tribal areas of Pakistan --- all belonging to the East. Full force is being applied, destruction is carried out, no discrimination is allowed to be made between terrorists & innocent public, and as a result poor East faced thousands of innocent cassualties, much more than the incident of 9/11 terrorism, but yet success is far away for the leading participants in this war.

Officials sitting in the United States, 11927 kilometers away from the war zone, built plans & strategies and do all other decision-making stuff related to the war against terror. Inferences and assumptions in the mind of Americans are being imposed on the allied countries in the war zone. Allied governments in the war zone can see the ground realities but they can not act accordingly. They are not free. They are tied by their needs that are being exploited at the hands of the developed countries of the West. They can only implement the plan that has a seal of Made in America. This is the major cause of why West can not be able to achieve success in this war.

West always gives priority to the use of force. War theatre is not being staged in the West, so their populace is free from any danger, and this encouraged them further to the use of force. They applied force brutally. This resulted into heavy collateral damage. Local population's sufferings increased tenfold. They are pushed to the wall which led them to support the armed struggle against the West and its allied governments in the war zone.

World was living with this very obvious blunder, carried out by West. But, Pakistan, one of the unfortunate countries existing in the war zone, took exception to it lately. Her leaders built up some courage after immense public pressure, and decided to introduce a change in the strategy on their own. They identified one of the root cause of the sufferings of the local populace of the area, which was experiencing fearful fighting. People of Swat are demanding since long a judicial system that can provide them speedy, inexpensive, transparent and accountable justice. Government made a deal with them by promulgating an act of Nizam-e-Adl regulations.

Nizam-e-Adl Regulations are based on Shariah, an Islamic Law based on Quran and Sunnah of Holy Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H). Shariah is the law, when implemented in its true essence, can solve all the problems existing in any system. It can easily pass the test of logic & reason, but some so called "liberals" and pseudo-intellectuals, who are allergic to the name of Islam and Quran, are simply hell-bent on defaming it. All their arguments are hollow, and based on untrue assumptions, so should be ignored completely.

Announcement of the deal immediately ceases the fighting in the Swat valley. Public opinion takes a sharp turn in the favour of the Government. Armed terrorists are now losing the ground as far as public support is concerned. This will push them to lay down their arms, and after that they can easily come under the application of law. Terrorism can be eliminated without any bloodshed.

This new change in the strategy in the war against terror should be welcomed by West, as it brings first success at the table. West should accept this fact that it miserably failed in leading this war, and now the command should be transfered to the East, which can pursue this war to a logical end in a timely manner.

Pakistan People Party's (PPP) government, which was keeping everyone (including her own vote bank) in the dark, now decided to reveal her true intentions openly on the issue of independent judiciary. Law minister and Attorney General, the top offices of legal affairs & matters in the country, clearly declared in the media leaving no doubts in anyone's mind, that they will not accept Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry as the Chief Justice of Pakistan. Justice Iftikhar was forcefully and unlawfully kept out of the office on the orders of the dictator Musharraf, and unfortunately, even after the ouster of Musharraf, still not given the official protocol till this date.

To prove the constitutionality of the present de-facto Chief Justice, Attorney General (AG) went to the extent that he declared Ex-dictator Musharraf the constitutional president of Pakistan. In Musharraf's era, AG provided a very strong opposition to his rule.

Looking at the present political moves of the PPP's leadership, it can be easily noticed how lust of power made the persons switch their positions.  But, One should remember it is the treacherous lust of power that ultimately brings about the ruler's downfall.

Asif Ali Zardari took oath for the office of the President of Pakistan. Article 42 of the Pakistani constitution clearly states the Chief justice of Pakistan the only authority to administer such oath. But, the person seen administering oath to zardari in the picture below, isn't the constitutional Chief Justice of Pakistan.

So, here we go, moving from one dilemma into another, where we have a constitutionally elected de-facto president.
