so fast, i already posted in Nasam Penang for 1 week... First day, the physio looks so strict, some more heard so much bout the physio, make me so scared... but luckly he is not that bad...well, i think the first week still ok... just that he will keep asking questions and we need to read up alot... im kinda like that:)
Actually nasam not bad, they will have group therapy everyday, 2 sessions per day, the rest of time is one on one treating the patient... i think this is kinda new for me..first time i come over this kinda thgs...but it is so dam tiring... where we need to stand everyday, if any of us sit down or not moving, then the physio will tease us... the worst thg, i sweat like hell everyday... so hot there, summor need to carry patient and help patient do this do that... even my senior who is working there, she become so muscular after working in nasam!!! haha :) i enjoyed the most was yoga session!
btw, i saw monkey yesterday...haha... everybody get so excited, and can u believe it, i actually saw an old monkey with mustache!!
