Immer wieder begeistert, wenn ich mir meine Tele-Landschaftsfotos der 7D bei guten atmosphärischen Bedingungen,...

...Stativnutzung, Spiegelvorauslösung und guten Objektiven, z.B. dem EF 70-200mm f/2.8 oder dem EF 300mm f/4 anschaue. Was man da im Nachhinein für Details entdecken kann... Oh Mann, ich darf bloss keine Phase One oder dergleichen in die Finger bekommen.

Hmm, heute frisch vorgestellt: Das Leaf Aptus II-5 digital Back (via dpreview.com), ein 22 MP Back für schlappe € 5.995. Die Kompatibilitätsliste führt jede Menge Kameras auf, von Mamiyas 645er Serie aber nur die 645 AFD, AFD II und AFD III. Ob die gute alte Mamiya 645 Pro TL nur deswegen nicht auf der Liste steht, weil sie schon lange nicht mehr aktuell ist? Wäre mal interessant, dies herauszufinden. Das gute Schätzchen habe ich samt ein paar Objektiven nämlich noch im Schrank stehen... :)

PhaseOne presenta la nuova 645DF Mamiya

Presentata oggi la nuova PhaseOne 645DF, sviluppata da Mamiya Digital Imaging, che sarà commercializzata con entrambi i nomi (PhaseOne e Mamiya, appunto). Tra le novità, da segnalare il record di sincro-X a 1/1600 di secondo e un sistema di messa a fuoco molto veloce. Questa è l'unica fotocamera 645 in grado di supportare sia otturatore centrale che sul piano focale. Ma forse il lato più interessante è la collaborazione con Schneider Kreuznach per lo sviluppo di una serie di obiettivi di alta qualità: i primi prodotti sono il 55 mm, l'80 mm e il 110 mm f/2,8, tutti dotati di otturatore centrale e progettati espressamente per questa fotocamera. Il costo del corpo macchina è di 4290 Euro, mentre le ottiche hanno un costo che parte da 1790 Euro. A questo link, il comunicato stampa ufficiale.

Picked up a new Mamiya body from KEH to replace my current glitchy one. It's in nice shape & came with a cool handle. Yay!

Got my first film, shot with a mamiya rz67 from our school, back. I only used the 250 mm lens, because I really liked the shallow depth of field of medium format combined with a telephoto lens. This was the last frame on the film, shot it in our garden.
