Thanksgiving and I am working today and did not go to any thanksgiving dinner, but in the spirit of thanksgiving decided to cook a turkey dish variation.. Turkey Curry. Turkey is pretty dry and not as flexible as chicken in cooking. Got some strips of turkey breast, fried them out with salt, pepper and thyme. After that, simmered some pearl onions, tomatoes, garlic, thyme and curry and let it simmer with to a thick sauce before adding the cooked turkey and potatoes and the result is in the pic..

This is great! You can easily make maki sushi using this mold. There are 3 parts to this mold. You fill the little mold 80% full with rice....down the length of the rice, make space for your fillings. Then put this mold with the rice into the bigger mold. Add more rice to cover your fillings, then put the lid on and press down. Have your nori already out on a table, push out the rice and roll....voila! Maki zushi!

Please wash by hand.

My lunches at Gap have been unexciting, so that's why you haven't heard much.

This particular day was a pretty good lunch though. I had a vegetarian sandwich with tomato, cucumber, lettuce, roasted peppers and avocado on wheat. Sounds kind of boring, but the avocado sealed the deal and made it interesting.

I sometimes wonder if I could be a vegetarian...

Hmm, probably not. A juicy steak and glass of red wine easily makes me drool.
