Das Heft mit dem Arbeitstitel 'Stern Fashion' kommt erstmals am 4. März 2010 auf den Markt. Zunächst ist eine Ausgabe geplant. Über die weitere Erscheinungsweise wurde noch nicht entschieden. Als Beilage zum 'Stern' hat der Newcomer eine Auflage von über 900.000 Exemplaren. Verantwortlich für das Heft sind 'Stern'-Art Director Donald Schneider und Mareile Braun, 'Stern'-Ressortleitung Style. Zum Magazinkonzept gehören eine opulente Optik, aufwändige Shootings, aktuelle Style- und Modethemen sowie Interviews.
