Gaming the Network Poetic - All Five Games In One Video
Below you'll find a video with all five games from Gaming the Network Poetic running in the same video. Some may appear to be a little too fast — I used the "saveFrame" function in Processing to export individual frames so that I could capture in high resolution, but some games have less processing going on and thus were able to export more frames in the same amount of time, so I had to speed some of them up to fit in the same time slice. Regardless, it still gives a better idea of how the games affect each other than seeing only one at a time (which you can also see in the GTNP Vimeo Channel).

Busy Weekend for Open BlueDragon! New Documentation Site and More New Tags and Functions
More new tags and functions have been added to OpenBD and a brand-new CFML documentation site has been released! You can read more about the very cool new documentation site on the OpenBD blog and Alan Williamson's blog.
The cool thing about the docs site, other than the fact that it exists of course, is that the documentation is being pulled directly from the OpenBD engine, which means the documentation will always be up-to-date. Because the documentation is being pulled directly from OpenBD, the docs are also specific to the version of OpenBD that you're running. So this isn't only an external site you can use for reference; the code for the documentation site is bundled with the OpenBD nightly builds already so you can run the documentation app on your own instance of OpenBD. The documentation app also supports comments so you can add tips, etc. to the public site, but you can also leverage this on an instance you may be running internally at your company. This gives you the ability to have a CFML documentation site with notes that are specific to your team. Here are the new functions and tags that were added in the last couple of days:- ArrayIndexExists()
- ListIndexExists()
- REMatch()
- REMatchNoCase()
- CFHTMLHead
- CFHTMLHead()
- CFHTMLBody
- CFHTMLBody()

Gaming the Network Poetic - Assembly Photos Round 1
Here are a few pictures from the past couple weeks of the assembly stages of my project. Right now it looks a bit like a coffin, but eventually this thing will have a monitor mounted on each face of the pentagon, computers sitting inside the box, and a playable game on each screen. I'm also planning to attach a white plastic layer to each face to give the whole assembly a cleaner look.
Inbox redesign stage 1
Just a quick note to say that the first phase of the redesign of the GPSLog Labs Inbox is now live.
The tabs have been renamed and some of the less used tabs have been changed to links at the bottom of the main remaining tabs. There'll be some more big changes soon, until then, the documentation is going to be a little out of date. Please contact me if you get stuck anywhere and need some assistance before then. -- Tom
