Chances are, you want "non stop climax action" as soon as possible. Thanks to the PS3's region-free gaming, you'll be able to do just that. The game's menus and dialog, as Siliconera discovered, are all in English -- no need to learn Japanese, folks. Considering the game isn't due to arrive in North America until early next year, this import is an easy choice for those who want Hideki Kamiya's latest now.

" A deal to save General Motor's Saturn brand fell through after the car dealership Penske Automotive Group unexpectedly abandoned a bid to buy Saturn, prompting GM to say it would shut the Saturn brand down.

In June, GM and Penske agreed to take over Saturn and related dealerships, although GM would produce the vehicles for a limited period of time.

Since Penske's canceled the plans to acquire the Saturn unit, GM said it will wind down the brand and its roughly 350 dealerships nationwide, potentially putting 13,000 Saturn dealership jobs on the line.

Penske's announcement comes nearly four months after they had agreed to buy the rights to the 19-year old Saturn brand from GM when the automaker was in bankruptcy.

Shares of the auto dealer Penske fell 10% after hours of the announcement."

What makes Visa have one of the top 10 business deals, in one of the worst economic times?

For one, it is a financial company that went public in March 2008. And as of this past December the stock was up slightly over the $44-a-share offering price. Impressive considering the dismal state of most of the market.

The secret to Visa's prosperity is that Visa doesn't lend money, it collects transaction fees every time you charge something on a Visa card.

This means it isn't directly affected by the bad loan problems bedeviling the rest of the financial world.

Not a bad plan, not bad at all.

"There's nothing quite like waking up bleary-eyed and hung over to a swift kick in the balls from the Gray Lady. No, seriously, that's why we subscribe to the New York Times. It's better than a stiff colada.

The Times delivered big-time this weekend, with a Messi-esque shot to the groin in the form of a timely reminder about how badly we're all getting screwed by the new Marlins Stadium deal.

NYTimes: "Miami and Miami-Dade County have agreed to cover three-quarters of the projected $645 million cost to build the Marlins a home with a retractable roof and four huge parking garages. In return, the city and the county will receive no new revenue from the park, and the team can keep all the money from the 50 luxury suites, concessions, and advertising, as well as from naming rights, which alone could generate more than $100 million."

Yeah! That's the kind of tough bargaining Miami-Dade voters look for from their illustrious and totally unbiased leaders.

Either way, just in case you're not feeling gloomy enough about the deal, the Times reminds us there's no guarantee that Miami tourism will ever rebound to pre-recession levels -- especially considering city tourism is down 19 % this year."
