Cabin Fever
‘Tis that time of year. Dark when you get up, and dark when you get home. I hate this time of year. I can tell you exactly what day the sun will start setting again at 6pm again. Feb 16th. I long for Dec 21 to get here, so we can just get this over with.
But the dark also has a side effects beside the gravitational pull of my bed at 6:30 pm. It gives me huge cabin fever. So when not battling my bed, I am overeating and trying to get out of the house for drinks. Suddenly I’m hungry all the time. Just ate a full meal. Check. 30 minutes pass, yup, hungry again. Next comes my desire to be anywhere but my house, so I start begging people to go out for drinks with me. So to my friends, I apologize now for what will surely be a few weeks of constant entries to go for drinks. And begging. Yes, very surely begging. Sigh. Dark, I shake an angry fist at you. Well, I will as soon as I put down this drink and chicken leg.
wow... when videogame meets art and bold new experiences
Beautiful, isn't it ? Not only that, but "The Void" also seems to be very innovative with regards to gameplay and scenario - you're playing a lost soul in its afterlife...

"The Void" comes from the Russian makers of "Pathologic", a weird and apparently deeply flawed adventure game that had nonetheless rallied critics for its inventiveness and willingness to push the borders of videogames. I wanted to play it but it was terribly distributed and I missed it... but I'm certainly going to try this one !
RulerDark: another highly recommendable dark Firefox theme!
A couple days ago, I recommended the dark Firefox theme Black Stratini. I recommended it too quickly because I've already found a better dark theme called RulerDark; RulerDark simply has higher aesthetic value than Black Stratini - I also like how the font-color is not overly dark like it is in Black Stratini (which makes it difficult to read what's typed on the screen at times.)
Black Stratini: A highly recommendable dark Firefox theme
I decided to look through various Mozilla Firefox themes today since I've not changed my theme for over a month now. After doing a little bit of searching, I decided to make the theme Black Stratini my new default Firefox theme.
The light-colored original version of the Stratini theme is nice as well, but I went with the dark version of it since it goes nicely with my customized dark Windows XP theme.
