Along with recommending some of the finest Yarra Valley Accommodation, we will be listing our premium single vineyard wines that we are producing.
The vintages coming up are really starting to develop into some of the finest wines we have produced, and I think we can expect to see some rewards from these in the coming years.
So to start off, I am going to introduce you to our flagship wine “The Aria”
Our flagship Reserve has colours of dense brick red with aromas of luscious ripe plums, milk chocolate & liquorice. The palate shows plenty of mixed berries and spice, with sour cherry, blood plums and white pepper, illustrating the three components that have created this unique style. The integration of new French and American oak, has given the Aria the finishing tannins that have resulted in a powerful wine displaying full mouth filling flavours.
To preserve the true components, the wine was not filtered, decanting is recommended. With careful cellaring this wine has the potential to develop for 10+ years.
This wine was an inspiration for Leon Tokar to blend 3 of his finest wines into one. Creating one of the most superb wines to come out of a cellar door.
