Winter Barn

Today we awoke to a dusting of snow and some cold, cold air. This barn, or corncrib, was captured on an Easter weekend outside Dallas Center, Iowa. Serene enough for today I think. It is too easy to dwell on difficulties and in the end take it out on others. Proverbs says, “He that troubleth his own house shall inherit the winds…” Since the Winter has come and we might be locked up inside for a while, best not troubleth our own houses…these are pretty darn difficult winds blowing around.
